We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD! For orders under $100 USD see shipping costs below.

Most orders will ship out same day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

If Standard Shipping is selected, your order may ship via a variety of carriers. Some UPS orders may be delivered by the Postal Service. Your Shipping Confirmation email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and will provide you with a tracking link.

 *Express and Overnight Delivery Shipping - Orders placed after 4 PM EST will not ship until the next business day.

 

Most items will have free expedited shipping in the contiguous (lower 48) United States. Expedited shipping should arrive in 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Expedited Delivery not available to PO Boxes.

Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Built Drones within 14 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping of large orders such as the S1000, S900, S800 may cost more depending on location.. Standard ground will be picked by default please call and we can invoice the difference..

Ready to fly copters and custom built packages or combos

There are ABSOLUTELY no RETURNS or EXCHANGES on ANY Ready to fly copters, or custom build packages. This includes and is not limited to the Phantom product line. Inspire product line, S900 Production/RTF/ARTF packs, S1000 Production/RTF/ARTF packs, and S1200 Production/RTF/ARTF packs. There are ABSOLUTELY no RETURNS or EXCHANGES on any copter that arrives put together and or is almost ready to fly. A lot of products are built to order and simply cannot be returned due to purchasers change in decision. Orders will be processed and fulfilled as soon as possible once payment has been sent to Built Drones. There are no cancellations or refunds on any copter/drone/multi-rotor orders.

Payments

Payments can be made using Paypal for US and for international we are accepting bank wire transfers only.

Pre-Orders will be charged in full at the time of the order, if a cancelation is needed at anytime we can process the refund right away.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase. Refunds will be for the original price minus our shipping cost to you.

Exchanges

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed

Conditions

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Built Drones reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Built Drones is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Built Drones is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
  • No returns/exchanges on custom builds nor special orders.

 No Return/Exchange on the following:

  • Computers and Computer Software, once any of the manufacturer's packaging has been opened.
  • Special Order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model

 

DJI products sold by Built Drones are fully warrantied thru DJI After-sales support. Please contact DJI direct at us.support@dji.com.

Built Drones cannot accept any Defective DJI products, warranty issues have to be dealt with DJI After-sales support.

 

STEP 1

REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Request an RMA:

  1. Customer Service 866-388-7105

You will receive your return instructions.

When you receive your RMA, you will have options
as to how to receive your refund:

  1. Credit back to your Original Payment Method
  2. Store Credit

STEP 2

PACK YOUR ITEM

  • Place your item in the original manufacturer's packaging
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

STEP 3

SHIP YOUR ITEM

  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
  • We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking
    number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
    We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
