We offer a 10-day return policy. Unopened boxes can be returned with no questions asked. Opened products can be returned but must be in new working order. All returned drones must not be activated to receive credit. All returned products are subject to our discretion. Opened boxes will incur a 15% restocking fee. The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt included in your order, as well as the RMA number; otherwise the return will not be honored.
Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by BuiltDrones.com. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED
Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. Shipping times do not include the day the order ships. This does not apply to delays caused by acts beyond BuiltDrones.com's control, such as acts Meteor Strikes, Zombie Invasion, etc. BuiltDrones.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend this offer should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the offer. BuiltDrones.com reserves the right to disqualify any order found to be disrupting the operation of the offer or website.
ADULT SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY
Any/all orders that are over the value of $500 dollars will automatically include an adult signature required upon delivery. If you have an order that is under $500 dollars and wish to have adult signature requirements applied you must request, and an additional $5 will be added to your order. If you do have an order over the value of $500 and you wish to not have the signature option applied you must submit a written consent via email to (firstname.lastname@example.org) explaining that you understand that Built Drones will no longer be liable for loss/theft or any other possible incident that may occur during, after or upon delivery.
INCIDENTS DURING SHIPPING/TRANSIT
Once the package has left the Built Drones warehouse and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Built Drones will no longer be held liable for any incident that may occur during transit.
Will be charged in full at the time of the order, if a cancellation is needed at anytime we can process the refund right away.
Built Drones offers reduced prices in specific scenarios whose applicability is deemed and is solely dictated by Built Drones. If or when any price is reduced the responsibility of any product or content containing any of the following, but is not limited to: malfunction, glitch, DOA "dead on arrival", missing components/parts, etc... no longer is the responsibility of Built Drones nor are liable.
The Built Drones "Discount Policy" does not pertain to sales publically posted on BuiltDrones.com, coupons codes, or email sales.

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Built Drones within 10 days of purchase date subject to the Built Drones "shipping & policy" page. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping of large orders such as the M600, M200, M100, Inspire series, etc. may cost more depending on location. Standard ground will be picked by default please call and we can invoice the difference. There are no refunds for "Special Orders". "Special Orders" are dictated by Built Drones. Furthermore, there are ABSOLUTELY no RETURNS or EXCHANGES on ANY Ready to fly copters, or custom build packages. This includes and is not limited to the Phantom product line. Inspire product line, S900 Production/RTF/ARTF packs, S900 Production/RTF/ARTF packs, and S1000 Production/RTF/ARTF packs. There are ABSOLUTELY no RETURNS or EXCHANGES on any copter that arrives put together and or is almost ready to fly. A lot of products are built to order and simply cannot be returned due to purchasers change in decision. Orders will be processed and fulfilled as soon as possible once payment has been sent to Built Drones. There are no cancellations or refunds on any copter/drone/multi-rotor orders.
